Polycraft F38 offers excellent impact resistance, is very low viscosity with a thermoplastic aspect. With a low shrinkage ratio, short demould time and good ability for painting, this resin is widely used within the small prototype and scale model industry. The F38 has a pot life of 2 minutes and a demould time of 20 - 25 minutes with a full cure of around 72 hours.

For best results ensure resins and moulds are at temperature above 18°C before using, using at colder temperatures will effect cured characteristics and may inhibit cure. Ensure moulds are free from dust and other contaminants. Always perform small test before pouring large amounts to ensure suitability. F38 is extremely moisture sensitive, keep containers closed when not in use. When stored correctly unopened product has a shelf life of 3 months from purchase.
