Making A Purchase
By Browsing through our online store, you can click on the items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping basket. After you have finished you can choose your delivery option and click the "Check Out" Button. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.  If you require your items to go to an alternative address to your billing location an option is available below the address form whilst you are setting up your account.

We accept Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express. If any items happen to be out of stock we will contact you to discuss this before completion of your order, we have multiple web sales systems and they all feed from the same stock levels, so if an item is ordered and by chance is out of stock we will notify the customer of this error and either offer an alternative where applicable, a refund or an option to wait on the goods to become available.

Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit via your original method of payment to the value of the original debit.

By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the ‘checkout process’) you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form, payment completion or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order. Should any items be incorrectly priced we will contact the customer giving the option of cancelling or confirming the orders.
An order is deemed to have been accepted and therefore binding at our point of dispatch.

Dispatch Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day, in most cases we are able to dispatch same-day if the order has been placed before 1pm providing everything is in-stock.

Cancellation During Transit 
Orders can be cancelled anytime up to the point of dispatch.  After the parcel has been dispatched it is not possible to cancel the parcel during transit.  This does not affect your rights to return.   Please refer to our returns policy page for information on returning a parcel. 

Returns Policy - Consumers
If you change your mind regarding a purchase made online or in-store you can return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of the delivery of your order, all costs incurred in returning the product will be at the customer's expense. You can return either in-store or use a courier / postal service to return to our warehouse, items must be in a resalable condition and :

  • Custom cuts of any fabric are non-refundable
  • All special order pigments such as BS, RAL and customer matched colours are non-refundable
  • All tamper seals on containers must be unbroken

Returns Policy - Business / Commercial Customers

If you have purchased for your business (including commercial organisations, religious body, school or charity) there is no automatic right of return or refund. We appreciate that mistakes may happen and will always attempt to offer a solution. If would like to return an item you must notify us within 7 days of your receipt of order, if approved you will be responsible for all costs incurred in the return of the order.  Goods must be returned within 21 days of delivery of goods. You can return either in-store or use a courier / postal service to return to our warehouse, items must be in a resalable condition and :

  • Custom cuts of any fabric are non-refundable
  • All special order pigments such as BS, RAL and customer matched colours are non-refundable
  • All tamper seals on containers must be unbroken
  • Upon receipt of acceptable returned goods, a refund will be processed by the original method, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. 

Your Right To Cancel
If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel the contract that was formed when you purchased on You may cancel the contract for any reason and at any time throughout the cancellation period. The cancellation period covers from the time of dispatch to 14 days of the delivery of goods. The right to cancel is additional to your statutory rights as a consumer and our standard returns and exchange policy. 

How to Exercise the Right To Cancel

To cancel an online order please follow the steps below :

Advise us with-in 14 days of delivery of your order that you wish to cancel your order, you can contact us by emailing our Customer Service team at stating that you wish to cancel your contract, alternatively, you can use our cancellation form by clicking here. We must receive your email or completed form within 14 days the receipt of your order.

Once we have been notified of the cancellation please return your goods to:

Goods must be returned within 14 consecutive days from the Right to Cancel was exercised, this includes weekend and holiday periods.

If you cancel the contract you have to pay all return postage costs incurred, please ensure that goods are adequately packaged, unfortunately, we are unable to accept items damage in return postage for a refund/replacement. A refund or replacement can only be offered when we have received the goods, we advise that you use a tracked service for all returns. As many of our items are classed as Hazardous and can only be shipped with couriers who can handle these materials in the Limited Quantity they were shipped in, we recommend getting a postage quotation before exercising your right to cancel. 

Upon receiving the goods within the 14 days of cancelling the contract we will reimburse all payments received from you in respect of returned products including delivery charges up to the value of our least expensive delivery method.  The reimbursement will be paid using the same method of payment of the original transaction within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note that the Right to Cancel does not apply to the following :

  • Custom cuts of any fabric are non-refundable
  • All special order pigments such as BS, RAL and customer matched colours are non-refundable
  • Custom formulated resins/materials that are non-stock items.
  • Any containers that have been opened or tamper seals have been broken.

Our materials are fully guaranteed and will be replaced if faulty. Polyester resins are warranted by most manufacturers for 3 months but in practice last for 6-8 months if stored in cool dark conditions and are not stored in temperatures exceeding 20deg.C . The information given in our technical and safety literature is to the best of our knowledge true and accurate. As conditions for use of all our products are beyond our control we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or losses resulting from any information given.

Limitation of liability
1.  All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this Agreement.
2.  Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes the liability of the Supplier for:
2.1 death or personal injury resulting from its negligence; or
2.2 fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
3.  Subject to clause 1 and clause 2:
3.1 the Supplier shall not under any circumstances whatever be liable for:
3.1.1 loss of profits; or
3.1.2  any special, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses; and
3.2  the Supplier's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this Agreement shall in all circumstances be limited to £100,000.

Tax Charges
On all orders 20% VAT is included.

Privacy Policy
MB Fibreglass do not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this web site, but are only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. After payment has been processed no card or financial details are retained.

We currently only ship within the UK & Ireland. DPD are no longer asking customers to sign for parcels using their handheld units and instead the drivers will sign it on your behalf. DPD We will record the consignees name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit. Please ensure  include you mobile number on your order to be advised of delivery issues.

If you request a none signature delivery, such as "leave at back of house" neither ourselves or the courier are responsible for any loss.  Unfortunately we will be unable to replace or refund any parcels that have gone missing. We do not recommend this as an option.  It is much safer to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local depot.

Technical Advice provided by MB Fibreglass - Either verbal, in writing or by way of trials - is given in good faith but without warranty, where proprietary rights of third parties are involved this applies also. This does not release you from the obligation to test the products supplied by us to ascertain their suitability for the intended processes and uses. The application, use, handling and processing of the products are outside of our control and therefore entirely your own responsibility
