Making A Purchase
By Browsing through our online store, you can click on the items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping basket. After you have finished you can choose your delivery option and click the "Check Out" Button. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you require your items to go to an alternative address to your billing location an option is available below the address form whilst you are setting up your account.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and Solo credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express. If any items happen to be out of stock we will contact you to discuss this before completion of your order, we have multiple web sales systems and they all feed from the same stock levels, so if an item is ordered and by chance is out of stock we will notify the customer of this error and either offer an alternative where applicable, a refund or an option to wait on the goods to become available.
Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit.
By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the ‘checkout process’) you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form, payment completion or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order. Should any items be incorrectly priced we will contact the customer giving the option of cancelling or confirming the orders.
An order is deemed to have been accepted and therefore binding at our point of dispatch.
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day, in most cases we are able to dispatch sameday if the order has been placed before 1pm providing everything is in-stock.
We aim to please our customers and through our fair policy retain customers for a long lasting trading relationship. This has enabled our company to steadily grow.
If you change your mind about a product or no longer require it then you must let us know within 14 calendar days of delivery. You can return items unopened / unused to us within 14 calendar days of notification of return for a refund. Return postage fees are not covered by this, unless the item is faulty. Upon receipt of returned item the refund if applicable will typically be processed within two working days.
Unit 17 & 20 Abbey Business Park
Our materials are fully guaranteed and will be replaced if faulty. Polyester resins are warranted by most manufacturers for 2 months but in practice last for 6-8 months if stored in cool dark conditions and are not stored in temperatures exceeding 20deg.C . The information given in our technical and safety literature is to the best of our knowledge true and accurate. As conditions for use of all our products are beyond our control we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or losses resulting from any information given.
Limitation of liability
1. All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this Agreement.
2. Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes the liability of the Supplier for:
2.1 death or personal injury resulting from its negligence; or
2.2 fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
3. Subject to clause 1 and clause 2:
3.1 the Supplier shall not under any circumstances whatever be liable for:
3.1.1 loss of profits; or
3.1.2 any special, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses; and
3.2 the Supplier's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this Agreement shall in all circumstances be limited to £100,000.
On all orders 20% VAT is included.

Based on the outskirts of North Belfast we are a parallel to the M2 Motorway (Belfast bound), a very short walk from the Abbey Centre and located directly behind the old ToysRus building in the Abbey Business Park.
MB Fibreglass do not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this web site, but are only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. After payment has been processed no card or financial details are retained.
Technical Advice provided by MB Fibreglass - Either verbal, in writing or by way of trials - is given in good faith but without warranty, where proprietary rights of third parties are involved this applies also. This does not release you from the obligation to test the products supplied by us to ascertain their suitability for the intended processes and uses. The application, use, handling and processing of the products are outside of our control and therefore entirely your own responsibility
