With the current Coronavirus situation evolving on a daily basis we intend to provide as much information as possible. We aim to continue to provide as efficient a service as possible however we would advise customers that there may be circumstances beyond our control that may delay arrival of products or delivery of orders. DPD : We are in contact with DPD each morning, we are advising customers to allow an extra 1 - 2 days for deliveries due to the increased traffic in the courier network.
DPD are no longer asking customers to sign for parcels using their handheld units and instead the drivers will sign it on your behalf. DPD We will record the consignees name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit. Please ensure include you mobile number on your order to be advised of delivery issues.

Royal Mail : Unfortunately we currently unable to offer Royal Mail deliveries, all orders are now dispatched using DPD, we appreciate this has an increase cost however logistically we have been left with no option at this current time.
Telephone Sales / Technical Support
Due to several of our staff now working remotely we have reduced capacity for telephone sales and technical support, we would advise all customers to contact us via email, Facebook or WhatApp.
In Store Purchases
Unfortunately due to on going concerns we are no longer allowing customers to purchase products in store , or for customers to place orders on the website for customer collections.
All orders must now be placed online for delivery only.
As we are working on a reduced capacity regretfully we are unable to accommodate order add-ons or adjustments to completed orders at this current time.
