Christmas Holiday Information 2023
Monday 18th December : Open 7:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday 19th December : Open 8:30am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 20th December : Open 8:30am - 5:00pm
Thursday 21st December : Open 8:30am - 13:00pm
Friday 22nd December : Closed
Monday 25th December : Closed
Tuesday 26th December : Closed
Wednesday 27th December : Closed
Thursday 28th December : Open 8:30am - 5:00pm
Friday 29th December : Open 8:30am - 13:00pm
Monday 1st January : Closed
Tuesday 2nd January : Open - Normal Hours Resumed for Mail Order & Deliveries.
Latest Dispatch Dates Before Christmas :
For DPD courier orders for delivery before Christmas, we would advise orders to be placed by 1pm Tuesday 19th December. We will continue to process and dispatch orders until Wednesday 20th however these orders will most likely not arrive before Christmas. We would like to stress that unfortunately we are unable advise that orders placed after 1pm on 18th December will arrive before Christmas. We would advise all customers to check the tracking information they will receive by email when order is placed.
Holiday Period Dispatch :
Our last date for dispatching mail orders is Wednesday 20th December , orders placed after this will be dispatched on Thursday 28th December or Tuesday 2nd January for delivery between 3rd-5th January. No customer telephone service is available over the holiday period we would ask customers wishing to make order amendments to contact by email at sales@mbfg.co.uk.

No telephone customer service is available throughout the holiday period, we will however periodically be corresponding to emails, please note emails will be replied to by way of priority with general enquires being responded to after the holiday break.
