Styrene - Resin Thinner - 25 Litre

All resins contain a specific amount of styrene in the formulation which lends to the required viscosity as required by the use of the resin. More styrene may be added to the resin if the viscosity is too high and the resin needs to be thinned for your purpose such as spraying. Styrene may be added by 3 - 7 % of the resin , an increase in this amount may start to effect the properties of the resin.

Styrene is also used as a solvent for oils and grease , making it useful to increase adhesion when de-greasing materials before grp application.
