Schlegel buffs are manufactured with a unique process control to ensure consistency and high performance. Schlegel wool products are designed to run cool and cut quick to produce the highest gloss levels and professional finishes. The key element is optimum wool content. Too much wool that is too dense, creates excessive heat. Schlegel wool is spaced to allow air to circulate through the pad. All schlegel buffs are consistent from pad to pad, across the full face of each pad and are designed to run balanced and vibration free to reduce blemish and swirl marks.
Selected materials provide the ultimate in finishing and eliminate scratches, swirls and bothersome linting. Each pad is consistent in content and construction to optimise performance and reduce heat build-up.
