Polytek Poly 74 75 Part C Softener

Poly 74/75 Part C to Poly 74 , 75 , 77 and PT Flex series rubbers to reduce their mixed viscosity and soften the cured rubber. When Part C is used cure time may be longer and there may be some loss of strength in the cured rubber as well as increased tendency to shrink after repeated casting.

Directions
Add Poly 74/75 Part C to any 74 Series, 75 Series or PT Flex rubber reduce their mixed viscosity and soften the cured rubber. Stir Poly 74/75 Part C into the Part B prior to adding the Part A. Amount to be added . Amount to add will depend on viscosity and softness required , as an example to soften Poly 74-30 (Shore A 30) to a Shore A15 mix you would mix ratio of 1A:1B:1C. Demould times will vary depending on product and temperature. We always advise testing to achieve optimum results.
