Polycraft FC-6666 Water Clear two part polyurethane system for badge doming or encapsulation in thin sections. The resin has low viscosity and self de-gassing.
FC-6600 / FC-6620 / FC-6630 / FC-6666 Polyurethane resins are not suitable for use with condensation cure silicones such as the GP-3481, these resins must be used with addition cure mould making silicone rubber.
This is a professional polyurethane casting system and as such curing procedures must be adhered by to ensure successful curing. FC-6666 Part A & B need to be brought to a temperature of 25°c prior to mixing. FC-6666 once mixed needs to be cured at 40°c - 45°c. Addition cure silicone moulds should be brought to a temperature of 40°c – 45°c and kept at temperature throughout. If used at temperatures below this cure may be inhibited. Brittle casts and uncured areas of resin are all indicators that the resin and moulds have not been at correct temperature. We always recommend purchasing a small kit for testing before purchasing larger amounts.
